A place to remember since Quote SoapFan19 : I'm curious as to who the shadowy figure was in the alley-way and also who was putting flowers on Ricky's grave; could Patty have escaped from Fairview somehow and is putting flowers on Ricky's grave or has Isabella escape from the mental ward and is seeking revenge for Ricky??

People here in the states have been subjected to casket stealing and jewelry being removed from the bodies before they were lowered. The people there were Nina, Chris and Heather. Since Paul and Ricky were raised as Catholics. They would have had Mass which is why they were trying to decide on hymns. After the grave is filled, people can return if they so choose. Paul was having a very difficult time so I assume it was his choice to come back. At all the funerals I have been to North Carolina , the grave is dug and the dirt is put into the back of a small dump truck which is moved to an obscure location at the cemetery.
The casket is on a rack over the open grave, green carpet around the grave, chairs for the immediate family with flowers from the service around the area.
A tent covers the area. Once the family leaves, the casket is lowered, the grave filled back in and flowers over the exposed dirt. Ricky's funeral The Young and the Restless. Quote lisa diane : unfortunately they do it here in US , here if they burry you underground , they take the casket and place it on a rack unti the funeral is over then they drop it in the ground and cover up with dirt. Quote lovemesumYR : Hmmm, my state must be different than everyone else's then because I've been to several funerals, one of which five people were buried at one time in different graves and NEVER have I seen a mound of dirt that high.
Quote barkingdog : I live in South Carolina and the dirt is moved to another location in the cementery. Quote lovemesumYR : Quote barkingdog : I live in South Carolina and the dirt is moved to another location in the cementery.
